Nollywood has been thrown into mourning following the untimely death of one on their own.
Reports went viral that 40 year old Adejumoke Aderounmu reportedly died.
Actresses Funke Akindele, Fathia Williams, Tawa Ajisefini, Mary Remmy-Njoku amongst others have mourned Aderounmu’s demise.
The 40 year old actress was said to have died on Saturday, April 6, 2024, but the cause of her death is yet to be made available to the public as of the time of filing this report.
Filmmaker and founder of the Best of Nollywood (BON) Seun Oloketuyi announced her passing in an Instagram post on the wee hours of Monday morning, April 8.
While many Nollywood actors expressed their shock, some netizens, including Kemi Olunloyo claimed she was bullied and committed suicide.
